 We are manufacturer of low cost, high quality medical grade silicone breast explants and silicone breast forms for external applications, using exclusively European raw materials and propriety technology. We operate our manufacturing plants for key intermediates and finished products in South America. We have developed special skills manufacturing realistic external breast prosthesis and breast enhancer systems of highest quality.

 Exsil was established in 1987. It is today the largest manufacturer and market leader of external Silicone gel breastforms in South America, with own manufacturing locations of “silicone explants” in Sao Paulo, Brazil and in Asuncion, Paraguay, exporting to 13 countries.


What we do...

We manufacture silicone explants, external breast forms, attachable forms, the original “Natural breast bra set”, very large breast prosthesis, medical grade breast prosthesis and breast enhancers for the medical device industry and also catering for the crossdressing -, transgender - community.

In addition to our traditional silicone breast forms product line, we offer custom tailored external silicone gel products for private label and and/or particular market needs.

Examples of Exsil private label manufacturing agreements are tradenames such as:  Authentica, Silimama, Le’ Breast, Myself, wonder forms, Sea Shell, Mardibraz, CrossOver  Le'Nip, also well known as SILICONEWORKS.
